Prof. Jun WANG Elected Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering (HKAE) 2024

We are pleased to announce that Prof. Jun WANG, Chair Professor of the Department of Data Science and Chair Professor of the Department of Computer Science, was elected a 2024 Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering (HKAE). This prestigious recognition underscores Prof. Wang's leadership in neural computation and computational intelligence, as well as his excellence as an educator in Data Science and Computer Science.

HKAE comprises Hong Kong’s most distinguished engineers across various disciplines who are all recognized for significant contributions to engineering sciences and applications. The Fellowship reflects a commitment to serving Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the region with exceptional engineering expertise. Fellows are elected annually based on their outstanding personal achievements.
