To continue to nurture an environment conducive to cultivating a lifelong interest in arts for whole-person development, the Library and Human Resources Office have jointly organized a sharing session entitled Sharing the Experience of Art this year to provide an opportunity for members of CityUHK Community to share and exchange their experiences in developing an interest in arts to become their lifelong avocation. Following the sharing session, there will be an Opening Ceremony of an Exhibition of Art Works by Members of CityUHK Community 2008. The Exhibition features more than 50 pieces of paintings, calligraphy, sketches, photos and glass pottery. They will be on display in the Learning Commons from March 6 to March 31. To mark the launch of the Exhibition, we are honored to have Professor Richard Ho, the Acting President, Dr Ellen Ko, Vice-President for Administration, Dr J T Yu, Chief Information officer, Mrs Eva Ng, Acting Director of Human Resources and Professor Steve Ching, University Librarian to officiate the Opening Ceremony.
