Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF) 2024 Annual Conference
In 2023, City University School of Law joined 9 other law schools in Asia to become one of the founding members of the Asian Corporate Law Forum (ACLF), which was formed to be the preeminent organisation globally for scholarship on corporate law and governance in Asia.
The ACLF’s 2024 Annual Conference was hosted on 11-13 April by the Centre for Commercial Law in Asia at Singapore Management University and sponsored by the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). Selected research presented at the ACLF will be published in a special issue of the Chinese Journal of Comparative Law published by Oxford University Press. The 2024 Annual Conference also featured a Climate and Corporate Governance Public Seminar where Professor Virginia Harper Ho presented her work on “Corporate Climate Governance.”

2023年，香港城市大學(xué)法律學(xué)院與亞洲其他9所法學(xué)院，一起成為亞洲公司法論壇（ACLF）的創(chuàng)始成員之一，該組織的成立旨在成爲(wèi)亞洲公司法和公司治理方面的國際傑出術(shù)研究組織。
由於ACLF在每個(gè)司法管轄區(qū)僅有一名創(chuàng)始成員，因此城大法律學(xué)院成為了ACLF於香港地區(qū)的唯一代表。 這是對城大法律學(xué)院在公司法和公司治理方面的研究實(shí)力肯定，以及對王江雨教授領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的認(rèn)可。
2024年亞洲公司法論壇於 4 月 11 日至 13 日由新加坡管理大學(xué)亞洲商法中心主辦，並由歐洲公司治理研究所 (ECGI) 贊助。 在是次論壇 發(fā)表的部分研究成果將刊登在牛津大學(xué)出版社出版的《中國比較法雜誌》特刊上。 此外，郝唯真教授還於是次論壇的氣候與公司治理的公眾研討會上發(fā)表了題為「公司氣候治理」的演講。
