LT Alumni Tea Gathering (23 March)
On 23 March 2024, 31 alumni and students, along with 4 professors from the Department of Linguistics and Translation (LT), recently attended the LT alumni tea gathering event at the Chinese restaurant on the 8th floor. An insightful and highly interesting talk on tea and cultural aesthetics was delivered by the honourable guest, Professor Cheng Pei-Kai, MH. Joining CityU in 1998, Prof Cheng was a Professor of Chinese Culture and the founding Director of the Chinese Civilisation Centre until his retirement.
