Alumni Dinner in Beijing: Strengthen Alumni Network (10 May)
A dinner gathering organized by the CityU Beijing Alumni Chapter and supported by Alumni Relations Office was successfully held in Beijing on 10 May 2024. Professor Freddy Boey, President and University Distinguished Professor, Ms Pheck Choo Ng and Ms Jing Li Sng, both Directors of Office of the President, and Ms Pheony Tsang, Director of Alumni Relations Office, have attended the heartwarming gathering, sharing University updates and alumni activities under 30th Anniversary of the University.
Led by the Chairman, Mr Li Renxin, some 30 Ex-Co members and alumni leaders from EMBA (Chinese) Programme joined the gathering, which strengthened connection between the University and alumni. Mr YANG Zhihui, Honorary Vice-Chairman of CityU Beijing Alumni Chapter and Chairman of CityU EMBA (Chinese) Alumni Association, who invited some EMBA alumni of different expertise to participate in the event to help strengthening alumni network in Beijing, too.
President Boey actively mingled and shared the latest development and accomplishments of the University with the alumni, while highlighting the valuable contributions made by alumni to the University. The entire dinner gathering was filled with excitement and anticipation as alumni leaders from various professions joined to reconnected with their alma mater.
