Delegation Visit by South China University of Technology

On 11th December 2024 (Wednesday), the Department of Media and Communication (COM) at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) hosted a delegation from the South China University of Technology.
The visiting team included Prof. Chen Gang, Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication, Cao Xiaojie, Associate Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication, Zhou Yu, Assistant Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication and Prof. Yuanhang LU, Associate Professor of the School of Journalism and Communication.
During the visit, the delegation explored COM's cutting-edge facilities, including the Multimedia Digital Newsroom, the 3D Virtual TV Studio, and the Advertising Design and Shooting Studio. This provided them with a deeper understanding of how COM creates a world-class educational environment designed to nurture versatile communicators in the field.
Following the tour, the delegation engaged in an academic discussion about the master's program with COM faculty members, including Prof. Huang Yi-hui, Head of the Department of Media and Communication, Prof. Zhou Shuhua, Chair Professor of the Department of Media and Communication, and Prof. Wang Xiaohui, Assistant Professor of the Department of Media and Communication.
