Delegation Visit by Nanjing University

On June 2, 2025, a delegation from the School of Journalism and Communication at Nanjing University (NJU) visited the Department of Media and Communication (COM) at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK).
The visit was hosted by Prof. WANG Xiaohu, Associate Dean (Research) of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at CityUHK, along with representatives from the COM faculty. Key participants included Prof. Huang Yi-hui, Head of the Department of Media and Communication; Prof. ZHOU Shuhua, Chair Professor of Communication and Media, Associate Professor Jiang Li; and Assistant Professor Wang Xiaohui. The delegation was guided on a campus tour featuring some of the university's professional teaching facilities, such as the Multimedia Digital Newsroom, 3D Virtual TV Studio, and Advertising Design and Shooting Studio.
The visiting NJU delegation comprised Prof. ZHANG Hongjun, Executive Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication; Prof. LIU Yuan, Secretary of the Party Committee for the School; Prof. SUN Xinru; Prof. LIU Liu; Assistant Prof. WANG Xiao; and Officer Ms. JIANG Wen.
In addition to the campus tour, discussions were held to explore potential future collaborations, focusing on areas such as student exchange programs and academic partnerships.
