User Guide on Verification and Password Setup

1. To set up your CityUHK password, please follow the link on welcome email to the verification page:

2. Please input your Staff No. that given in the Letter of Appointment/Confirmation

   

    

3. You will be request to answer personal particular to verify your identity.

4. After your identity is verified, you will be brought to the password set up page.

   

    

5. After entering your new password, you are asked to add the phone number to your profile.

   

    

6. Input your Phone number and the issued Country/Region

   

    

7. You will then receive a passcode and input to the platform

   

   

    

8. Click Verify after Enter the received code

   

   

    

9. After your phone is added, you will be directed to set up Multiple Factor Authentication (MFA).
