Part 1: 25 October 2024 (Friday): 10:00 – 11:00

Welcome to a new sanctuary of learning to be present, calm and happy! This hands-on workshop lays down the building blocks of Mindfulness, where you'll discover what it is and how it enhances your wellbeing, performance, and resilience. With some simple, practical and evidence-backed tools and exercises, you’ll discover how to include mindfulness magic into your daily life, sharpen your focus, and understand the mind-body connection to reduce stress. You'll learn daily practices to help you tune into your thoughts and kick self-doubt to the sidelines.

Part 2: 01 November 2024 (Friday): 16:00 – 17:00

Ready to go deeper? Building on the groundwork laid in Workshop 1, this session dives headfirst into how mindfulness can supercharge your communication and interpersonal skills! We'll do a quick recap on how mindfulness helps you increase your awareness and attention and enhances your personal wellbeing, and then we’ll explore how to hit pause and reflect on your interactions with others. Get ready to practice some tools that will help build connections, listen with intention, release the judgment, and be fully present—even in those tough conversations. Buckle up for some mindful magic!

Note: The above workshops will be conducted in English. You are encouraged to join both workshops if your schedule permits. However, you have the option to join only one workshop.
