Dr Akos Kenez recently joined the Department of Infectious Diseases and Public Health as Assistant Professor in Veterinary Physiology.
Before joining City University of Hong Kong, he had a postdoctoral post at the Department of Animal Science at the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, Germany.
He will contribute to the teaching in the new Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine programme and his research will be focussed on defining molecular mechanisms of adipose tissue metabolism in dairy cows
