Abstract
In this talk, we discuss about the global solutions near a local Maxwellian to the three dimensional Vlasov-Poisson-Landau system with the physical Coulomb interaction and the propagation of the high moments and regularity with large amplitude. The macroscopic components of this local Maxwellian are the approximate rarefaction wave of the one dimensional compressible Euler equations. We also prove that the planar rarefaction waves for this system are time asymptotic stable and tend to the rarefaction waves of the one dimensional compressible Euler and Navier-Stokes equations.
