TourHeart+, in collaboration with the Counselling Service of Student Development Services at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), offers a comprehensive mental health support service for all current CityUHK students.
心導遊+計劃與香港城市大學學生發展處輔導服務為所有在讀學生，提供全方位的心理健康支援服務。計劃結合網上自助心理支援平臺及實體心理輔導服務的混合模式，按你的情緒需要，提供合適的支援，以協助應對生活和學習中的種種挑戰。
1) Register for free
Your data is kept confidential. We are transparent with our data security and usage practices.
2) Assess your mental health
Complete a mental health assessment, which has been developed and validated in scientific research, to understand your level of depression and anxiety.
3) Begin a Tour to our Heart
Enjoy the recommended contents offered based on assessment results. Find resources and self-help tools to boost mental health anytime, anywhere.
4) Integrating In-Person Psychological Counselling Support
This service is provided by the Counselling Service of Student Development Services at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), for current CityUHK students. Professional one-on-one counselling service will be provided if needed.(This service is available only to students who consent to CityUHK Counselling Service collecting and using their personal data for contact and provision of mental health support.)
