Dr Gary Lynch-Wood is a Visiting Associate Professor at the City University of Hong Kong. He research interests are regulation and the challenges of designing effective programmes of regulation. His main focus has been on the regulatory strategies for fostering greater levels of corporate social and environmental responsibility, but he has also examined governance and regulatory structures in relation to the provision of health and welfare as well as into the provision of higher education .
