Under Covid-19, large-scale face-to-face gatherings cannot be held. Therefore Student Residence Office organised the second virtual welcome night on 8 October 2020 for the second round of new residents. In the e-Welcome Night, 163 new residents were given healthy tips and important rules for living in the Student Residence, enjoyed live music performances, and touched base with the Residence Masters. Each hall also held individual welcome nights to help the new residents adapt to the new environment. Participants could get more familiar with the Student Residence after the delightful gathering.
