During the Mindful Self-Compassion Week 2021, an exhibition was held to introduce the importance of mindful self-compassion for psychological wellbeing.
More than 80 participants joined the “Nourish Your Plant, Nourish Yourself” activity and enjoyed their “me-time” in planting by themselves. Meanwhile, participants of an experiential workshop nurtured themselves through learning mindful self-compassion exercises. Over 150 toolkit sets were distributed to the participants, including a mini tote bag and resources on self-compassion. What a meaningful activity for all of them!
