Have you ever imagined that a commonly used wire can be transformed into a beautiful artwork?
25 students and staff attended the Wire Arts is Happening Workshop to have the first attempt to produce wire art pieces. Under the guidance of Ms Violet SHUM, a Hong Kong-based visual artist, participants created a hand-shaped bookmark and extended their creativity to produce their own bookmarks in different shapes, such as violin, flower, piggy, etc. They felt satisfied after successfully creating their own artworks.
Four online workshops of the Happening Arts Programme 2020/21 were successfully held with the staunch support of students and staff. Looking forward to seeing you in our future workshops!
