From 17 April to 16 May 2023, a splendid Traditional Chinese Handicrafts Exhibition was held in the Student Hub at Yellow Zone, YEUNG, showcasing eight graduation lion heads that features the characteristics of CityU Bachelor’s Degree and five handmade lion heads in traditional style. Additionally, two large-scale flower plaques were presented at the exhibition, one of which was collectively built by CityU students.
The exhibition became the hottest photo spot at the University! CityU students, staff, graduates, parents, and friends were excited to take a photo with those graduation lion heads. Meanwhile, we are grateful to have had this successful exhibition with the assistance of Mr. CHAN Sing and his team for designing and making these inspiring artworks.
Following the closure of this month-long exhibition, the Happening Arts Programme has finally come to an end.
Congratulations to all the CityU graduates. We wish you great success in the future!
