CityUHK and CityUHK Press’s Commitment to Innovation and Nurturing the Next Generation

As part of its mission to nurture talent, CityUHK launched the HK Tech 300 initiative in 2021, providing seed funding to promising startups, and established the Academy of Innovation in 2024 to further strengthen Hong Kong's innovation ecosystem.

In line with the HKSAR government's emphasis on technology advancement and youth development, CityUHK Press is going to introduce an English edition of Startup 101 under the CityUHK TechVenture Series and the new CityUHK Global CEO Series at this year's Hong Kong Book Fair in July 2025. The CityUHK Global CEO Series features distinguished leaders sharing their personal growth, career journeys, and invaluable advice for aspiring professionals.

The Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Awards recognize and celebrate excellence in the publishing industry. The awards aim to commend local publishers, writers, editors, and designers for their outstanding achievements.
