Onwards to the unexpected joys, waves of people entered a realm of euphoria, creativity and multiculturalism. It was a mass celebration for Mid-Autumn Festival held at the Hall Area on 10th September 2019. Different cultures have been interwoven in a festive bazaar designed by halls and committees from different countries. Variety added spice to the event and constructed a universal meaning for international and local students to mingle and enjoy the 'fruits'.
On stage, the spotlight shone on lion dance, followed by K-pop and traditional Chinese dance, Bollywood dance and singing. Songs conveyed a dream of peace and the pursuit of lover, echoing with the vital significance of uniting and the legendary love story of Chang'e'.'
The celebration ended where students immersed themselves in DJ music, unrestrained and free. Back to halls with music ringing in our ears, memories cherished.
