CityU Musical is returning with the comedy musical “Sister Act” this year!
Starting from late April, CityU Musical announced a casting call and received overwhelming responses in signing up for the audition. Two auditions were held on 13 and 18 May 2023, with over 50 students and alumni attending. The judging panel was impressed by the potential talents in singing, acting, and dancing showcased by both new and experienced candidates.
Around 25 candidates will be selected as the cast members and complete a series of stage training and rehearsals this summer. We look forward to seeing their new look and outstanding performance at the CityU Arts Festival 2023/24 in October.
