CityUHK Chatbot Service

The CityUHK Chatbot utilizes the Microsoft Azure OpenAI and CityUHK DeepSeek services to offer a secure and confidential generative AI environment for our staff and students. It can be accessed through the CityUHK Mobile App:   iOS   Android, as well as the "IT and Library Services" section on the CityUHK Portal. We provide the GPT-4o mini, GPT-4o (ChatGPT) and DeepSeek R1 to all staff members and students free to use with monthly usage quota enforced.
