The Master of Laws (LLM) Programme for Chinese Judges is finely integrated into the current Master of Law (LLM) Programme and taught entirely in English. The purpose of the programme is to give the students a good understanding of the basic knowledge of common law and international law. To achieve this, the programme is mainly composed of taught courses. During their study, students have the chance to take a one-month intensive course in a renowned University in the U.S., where they can meet the judges and lawyers and also visit the Congress and Supreme Court. Students also have opportunities to visit Korea and Europe and undertake academic exchanges with the judicial organizations, courts, schools and international organizations there.
