Monday, 21st May	Payment deadline for accommodation at the Student Residence of CityU (if applicable) Distribution of Clarifications by posting on competition website
Friday, 22nd June	Date for receipt of Memoranda. Memoranda must be received by the Moot Director (v.nase@cityu.edu.hk) in Hong Kong by email 16:00 (Hong Kong time) and cc Rita Wong: phwong@cityu.edu.hk
Friday, 13th July	Date by which the Moot Director will publish the timetable for general rounds of the Moot on the Competition website
Friday, 20th July	Teams will receive opposing Memoranda from teams they are scheduled to meet in the general rounds of the competition – to be posted on the competition website
Monday, 23rd July (by 12 noon)	Teams have to send Representation Plan to Moot Director via the following email address: v.nase@cityu.edu.hk and cc Rita Wong: phwong@cityu.edu.hk
Sunday, 29th July	Check-in date at the Student Residence of CityU (if applicable) Registration conducted at Reporting Centre, 4:15pm – 5 pm, Yellow Podium, 4/F, Academic 1, CityU, followed by Opening Ceremony in LT-10 and Team Briefing at 6:45pm
Monday, 30th July	Commencement of General Rounds
Thursday, 2nd August (evening)	Conclusion of General Rounds
Friday, 3rd August	Quarter and/ or Semi-Finals conducted
Saturday, 4th August	Final in morning - 10:30am Final function - Awards and Presentation Dinner
Sunday, 5th August	Check-out date at the Student Residence of CityU (if applicable)

The date for entry has now been extended to Friday, 13th April 2012.
