City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) has built an extensive cooperative relationship with the University of Cambridge this year. CityU and Peking University collaborate on 2024 Psychology and Behaviour Investigation of Chinese Residents
Modern life is characterised by a fast-paced, stressful environment, which has led to a rise in mental health problems. It is crucial to recognise that mental health is an extremely important issue that directly impacts the overall well-being and development of both individuals and society as a whole. In view of this, City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and Peking University will join hands to conduct an expansive, nationwide study on mental health and behaviour in 2024.

CityU and the Changsha Municipal People's Government sign an MoU to jointly establish the Innovation Research Institute
Professor Freddy Boey Yin Chiang, President of City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), led a delegation from CityUHK to visit Changsha, the capital of Hunan province, from 31 August to 2 September. Cross-border collaboration with Malaysia for nurturing start-ups
City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) on 21 August 2023 to establish further collaboration on fostering closer ties between the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems in Hong Kong and Malaysia, and co-nurturing start-ups to shine on the global stage.
CityUHK and Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Republic of Kazakhstan forge strategic cooperation with newly signed MOU
CityUHK was honoured to host a delegation from Kazakhstan led by Mr Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education, and Mr Almas Seitakynov, Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong and Macao, on 17 August 2023.
