Lunch Time Meditation

The workshop’s meditation exercise focuses on practical application. Under the instructor’s guidance, participants will practice sitting meditation, breathing techniques, related stretches, and self-relaxation skills. Upon completion, it is expected that participants will be able to relax and reduce stress in their busy and tense lives, enjoying moments of tranquility and peace of mind. The instruction will mainly be in Cantonese, with some terms from Indian and Buddhist traditions (in Chinese or English) used as well.
Participants are required to wear comfortable and loose-fitting (sports) clothing. They can sit on the floor or chair for the practice. Those sitting on the floor may bring their own yoga mats or large towels.
