| Tak Chee Yuen is located adjacent to the main Campus at 88 Tat Chee Avenue. The entire estate is used as senior staff quarters. The estate consists of 14 blocks of low rise residential buildings of 4 to 7 storeys. In total, there are 110 units being used as senior staff quarters. There are about 70 parking spaces in Blocks 11, 12, 13 and 14 and a few visitor's carpark outdoor. There are landscaped areas and playgrounds surrounding the 14 residential blocks. |
