Members of the CityU Foundation can enjoy the services provided by the University's on-campus restaurants by presenting the Patronage Card.

"Friends of the Library"
Complimentary membership of the "Friends of the Library" is exclusive for Honorary Patrons, Honorary Presidents and Honorary Vice-Presidents of the CityU Foundation. Cardholders can enjoy the services provided by the Run Run Shaw Library.

Terms & Conditions
- “Friends of the Library” members can borrow a maximum of 10 items at a time from the library for a loan period of 30 days.
- All applicants must be 18 or older.
- All “Friends of the Library” members must abide by the Library regulations, which can be found at http://www.jvrhmfr.xyz/lib/about/libreg/regulat.htm
- The Library reserves the right to alter the loan privileges, if deemed necessary, without prior notification.
