CEO & Executive Director of Kwong Man Kee Group Limited
Mr Jason Yip received his B. A. Sc. and M. Eng. degrees in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada. He has more than 20 years of comprehensive engineering experience, including engineering analysis, sales, marketing strategy and real estate, etc. Mr Yip established Kwong Man Kee in 2003, specialising in professional flooring services. Clients include well-known developers, architects, engineers and contractors in Hong Kong and Asia.
In October 2016, Mr Yip assisted Kwong Man Kee Group Limited (stock code: 8023) to be publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first engineering subcontracting company listed in Hong Kong. He currently holds the CEO and Executive Director positions in the Group.
Mr Yip advocates innovative and diversified development in the business. He encourages the injection of innovative ideas into the traditional construction field, creating positive changes in the industry. Therefore, the Group has started investing in start-ups in 2022, hoping to create synergy between old and new businesses and contribute to the development of start-ups in Hong Kong.
Mr Yip has been actively contributing back to society and is enthusiastic about public affairs. He is currently the honorary Vice-President of the Eastern Sports Club, actively promoting local sports and hoping to nurture a new generation of young Hong Kong athletes.
