Latchie Company Limited’s “i-fly” platform caters for the ever-growing market of Investment Key Opinion Leaders (“KOLs”) as online influencers. The “i-fly” platform helps optimise communication between the KOLs and their subscribers and reduce miscommunication.
Our team aims to create a new software as a service (SaaS) platform, which consists of mobile applications and a website. The software service will allow current investment services providers and professional traders to launch their own service to their subscribers.
This business idea is rooted from the frustration and feedback obtained from many long-term subscribers of several famous investment KOLs and even seasoned traders who have run their own services over the years. They either cannot find technical solutions in the market to upgrade their service or are reluctant to make a big commitment to upgrade. Over time, this results in the loss of subscribers due to a bad user experience.
The key problem faced by the KOLs is that they are still communicating real-time investment advice and buy-sell alerts via newsletter (overnight) and/or through very old-fashioned online chat rooms or social media apps (such as WhatsApp and Telegram) with tons of people talking and looking at the same information. The subscribers tend to lose focus since these apps are not designed for these KOLs. Important buy-sell alerts and messages can easily got lost in this highly disorganised way of communication, so the advice from the KOLs becomes extremely hard to follow.
The “i-fly” platform will overcome this problem by helping investment advisers and professional traders develop their own personalised service to provide real-time investment advice to their clients.
