The problem of red tides, also known as harmful algal blooms (HABs), is getting worse throughout the world. They can have adverse impacts on marine life, such as fish kills and seafood contamination, and a harmful effect on humans. To give early warning of HABs, we propose a robust, versatile, miniaturised system, AI-powered system with a novel algorithm design.
