Emosleep

 

Mental health and sleep quality are increasingly important factors affecting people’s quality of life and work efficiency. Many research studies have shown that transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) can significantly improve sleep quality and mental health. Through experiments in rodents and volunteers, we aim to develop an effective, non-invasive taVNS medical device for improving mental health and sleep quality. We will develop also a personalised stimulation parameter database with a feedback mechanism, based on artificial intelligence technology.
