On average, individuals spend 20% of their time looking for information to complete their work. This problem becomes serious when there is a lot of internal information across many platforms.
OptiLegal helps to build a special knowledge bank for a company, which works like a private Google platform for internal text information. We can build a company’s own text snippet library (with information such as legal clauses) by uploading its templates with a system to update and share knowledge among colleagues. We have a Word Plugin that allows users to "Google" a paragraph drafted earlier and drag-and-drop it for to re-use in a new document.
We plan to build an application that works on both smart phones and computers and is integrated with Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Slack, hard disks and Microsoft Office to find internal text and documents. Users can also "recall" any text in the database by typing "@nameofparagraph" with a drop-down-menu to help find it. This will become the company’s second brain and an advanced copy-and-paste knowledge bank without having to look for the original document.
