We are building a unified and intelligent platform that helps online shop owners manage a complicated marketing mix – Product, Price, Place and Promotion – across their online shop platforms and communication channels.
Online shop owners need to input product and marketing information, including product description, price, colour and size, only once, saving time and effort in managing thousands of products across different online shop platforms and communication channels. Our intelligent platform will automatically extract the corresponding information to synchronize product information and promotional messages across all online shop platforms and communication channels.
Another critical breakthrough feature on our platform is a 24-hour competitor-monitoring analysis report shop owners can get by simply installing a software programme in their browsers. Our platform can intelligently reveal competitor strategies regarding price, promotional messages on social media, and where they are launching their products with an alert. This helps online shop owners to identify potential opportunities to out-perform their competitors.
Our platform will also collect feedback for sentiment analysis and classification of customer complaints. The platform will centralize inventory data across various online shop platforms and channels automatically in real time, thus smoothing out the delivery experience to avoid out-of-stock and parcel delays. Online shop owners can easily visualize the inventory level to decide on their next purchase plan. Our platform can aggregate all information from the online shops to show their performance, their competitor’s performance and customer feedback on one dashboard. Thus, one platform will allow shop owners to manage all their online shops, input data only once, and intelligently replicate the data.
