Vivablee aims to revolutionise corporate wellness with a scientifically based, gamified digital mindfulness solution.
Vivablee provides users with three short mindfulness exercises daily, each lasting for less than three minutes. The exercises were created by qualified instructors from the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre. The brief nature of the tasks removes the barriers of regular mindful practices, which are imposed by the busy urban lifestyle and the lengthiness of traditional mindfulness practices.
Upon completing the daily exercises, users will earn “mindful bits”, tokens in Vivablee’s ecosystem, which can be redeemed for products and services across Hong Kong.
