Timely Reporting of Injuries, Accidents or Near-misses
Timely reporting and thorough investigation of incidents or accidents are critical to preventing repeat occurrences. An accident is an unplanned event that causes personal injury or property damage. A “near miss” is an event that could have caused personal injury, danger to health, and/or property damage or the environment.
In the event of an accident, incident or exposure, the injured or exposed person's supervisor should complete and submit the “Injury / Accident / Near Miss Report”. Please click here for more information on accident reporting and investigation.
In the case of an emergency, notify other people in the area and call the 24-hour Security Hotline at 3442 8888 or call 999.
