Sunday, 22nd May	Request for Clarification must be received by the Moot Director in Hong Kong by this date. Send clarification questions to the following email address: v.nase@cityu.edu.hk
Monday, 30th May	Payment deadline for accommodation at the Student Residence of CityU (if applicable) Distribution of Clarifications by posting on competition website
Friday, 1st July	Date for receipt of Memoranda. Memoranda must be received by the Moot Director in Hong Kong by email 16:00 (Hong Kong time)
Friday, 22nd July	Date by which the Moot Director will publish the timetable for general rounds of the Moot on the Competition website
Friday, 29th July	Teams will receive opposing Memoranda from teams they are scheduled to meet in the general rounds of the competition ??to be posted on the competition website
Monday, 1st August (by 12 noon)	Teams have to send Representation Plan to Moot Director via the following email address: v.nase@cityu.edu.hk
Sunday, 7th August	Check-in date at the Student Residence of CityU (if applicable) Briefing on procedures for Oral Hearings, followed by Opening Reception (conducted at City University?s School of Law, 5th Floor, Academic Building)
Monday, 8th August	Commencement of General Rounds
Thursday, 11th August (evening)	Conclusion of General Rounds
Friday, 12th August	Quarter and/ or Semi-Finals conducted
Saturday, 13th August	Final in morning - 10:30am Final function - Awards and Presentation Dinner
Sunday, 14th August	Check-out date at the Student Residence of CityU (if applicable)
