School of Law, CityUHK celebrates Academic Excellence at Annual Scholarships Ceremony
The School of Law of City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) honoured over 40 students for their remarkable academic achievements at the Ceremony of School of Law Scholarships and Other Students’ Achievements on 30 May. Donor representatives, award recipients, their family members, faculty and staff joined the Ceremony and celebrated the students’ outstanding accomplishments.
Professor LIN Feng, Dean of CityUHK School of Law, opened the Ceremony by warmly welcoming all attendees. He congratulated all the award recipients for their remarkable dedication and academic excellence, recognizing their contributions in the pursuit of legal excellence. The Dean also expressed deep gratitude to the generous donors whose contributions make these scholarships possible.
Among the distinguished guests were the benefactors of the ‘Academy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Joint Mediation Limited Awards’, ‘Chau Sin Wo Scholarships for School of Law’, ‘Davis Polk & Wardwell Prize’, ‘Gallant Prize in Land Law I & II’, ‘H.Y. Leung & Co. Prize in Law of Contract I’, ‘Jingtian & Gongcheng Scholarship’, ‘LL.B Class of 1995 Prize’, ‘Mr. Iu Ting Kwok Prize for LLB and PCLL Students’, ‘Robertsons Prize’, and ‘Sir Oswald Cheung Memorial Fund PCLL Scholarship’. Professor Carrie DING, Associate Dean of School of Law, Professor Michael TSIMPLIS, and Professor ZHU Guobin also attended the Ceremony and presented various awards to the outstanding awardees of the LLB, JD, PCLL, LLM and LLMArbDR programmes.
香港城市大學（城大）法律學院於5月30日舉行法律學院獎學金暨學生成就頒獎典禮，表彰逾40名學生的卓越學術成就。捐贈者代表、教職員、得獎者及其家屬朋友一同出席是次活動，祝賀學生的傑出成就。
城大法律學院院長林峰教授於開幕致辭中對所有出席者表示熱烈歡迎。他對所有獲獎學生卓越的奉獻精神和學術成就表達欣賞和祝賀，表彰他們對推進法律卓越方面的貢獻。林教授亦向捐贈者表達衷心謝意，他們慷慨的捐助使學生獎學項目得以實現。
出席是次頒獎典禮的嘉賓包括 ‘粵港澳大灣區聯合調解研究院獎, ‘法律學院周善和獎學金’, ‘Davis Polk & Wardwell Prize’, ‘Gallant Prize in Land Law I & II’, ‘H.Y. Leung & Co. Prize in Law of Contract I’, ‘競天公誠奬學金’, ‘1995年法律學學士畢業班同學設立的獎學金’, ‘Mr. Iu Ting Kwok Prize for LLB and PCLL Students’, ‘Robertsons Prize’, and ‘Sir Oswald Cheung Memorial Fund PCLL Scholarship’的捐贈者代表。 城大法律學院副院長丁春艷教授、Michael TSIMPLIS教授和朱國斌教授也有出席典禮，並頒發多項獎學金予優秀的法律學學士、法律博士、法學專業證書、法學碩士及法學碩士(仲裁及爭議解決學)課程的學生。
