CityU is hosting the Science and Art: Chinese Calligraphy Exhibition by Renowned Academicians and Scholars and an Academicians Forum in celebration of the University’s 30th anniversary.

The CityU 30th Anniversary Cultural Festival was opened at a ceremony held at the Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre at CityU.

CityU will host the City Literary Festival 2014 along with a City Literary Award competition. Entries are invited on the theme of “City Living”.

Tianminlou expert, Mr Ko Shih-k’o, discusses his collection of blue and white porcelain from the Yuan dynasty at a City Cultural Salon on 27 November.

A historic collection of Chinese land deeds and family papers has been donated to the CityU Library by world-renowned economist Professor Gregory Chow.

“Pure Land: Inside the Mogao Grottoes at Dunhuang,” a creative media project jointly presented by ALiVE of CityU, the Dunhuang Academy and the Friends of Dunhuang, is being exhibited at the Hong Kong Book Fair.

Over 70 graduating students from the School of Creative Media of CityU will showcase their creativity at the SCM Annual 2013 from 6 to 21 July at the Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre. The theme this year is “Resonance”.
