Secondary and primary students explore science and innovation at CityUHK
In April, City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) welcomed students from three local schools for an immersive on-campus experience that highlighted the University’s strengths in science, innovation, and sustainability.
Twenty senior form students from NLSI Peace Evangelical Secondary School and Ching Chung Hau Po Woon Secondary School attended an undergraduate admission talk and a hands-on session at the Robot Academy on 15 April. The visit allowed students to delve into CityUHK’s interdisciplinary learning environment and technological initiatives.
On 22 April, a group of Primary 6 students from Ling Liang Church Sau Tak Primary School visited the campus and toured the Story of Ocean Giants exhibition. In addition, the young visitors explored the Low Carbon Green Energy Education Centre, gaining a better understanding of sustainable energy solutions through interactive displays.
