The delegation of Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) visits CityU
A delegation of 26 members from the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) led by Mr Jimmy Kwok, Chairman of FHKI, visited CityU on 7 March 2018.
The delegation was warmly received by Professor Way Kuo, President, Professor Matthew Lee Kwok-on, Vice-President (Development and External Relations), Ms Kathy Chan Yin-ling, Associate Vice-President (Development and Alumni Relations), and Professor Robert Li, Associate Dean, College of Science and Engineering, of the University.
Members of the delegation comprise prominent leaders from industries, including Dr Sunny Chai, Deputy Chairman of FHKI and CityU alumnus. They were briefed on the latest developments of the University, and toured the State Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves, Innovation Centre and laboratories of Department of Electronics Engineering and laboratories of Department of Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering. The outputs and achievements of some research projects had been showcased to the delegation and were highly commended.
