Alumni in Singapore gathered to celebrate the 30th anniversary of CityUHK at an Alumni Reunion Dinner of the University held on 17 August in Singapore.

CityUHK is committed to nurturing a new generation of business leaders with global insights and innovative thinking. The College of Business held a joint graduation celebration dinner, bringing together students, faculty, and alumni from four DBA and EMBA degree programmes.

Over 200 alumni and guests from Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Hong Kong joined the Alumni Reunion Dinner in Shenzhen on 31 May to mark the 30th anniversary of CityUHK.

Mr Nick Cheuk Yick-him, an alumnus of the School of Creative Media of CityUHK, won the Best New Director award at the 42nd Hong Kong Film Awards for his film Time Still Turns The Pages.

CityUHK alumna Ms Grace Lau Mo-sheung took the title in Female Kata in the Karate 1 Premier League in Antalya, Turkey, on 17 March.

Congratulations have poured in for alumna Ms Grace Lau Mo-Sheung after she secured the world's number one ranking in female kata.

CityU held a screening and director-sharing session on the movie Time Still Turns The Pages on 8 December. Mr Nick Cheuk Yick-him, Director of the film and a graduate of the CityU School of Creative Media was invited to share his experience.

Over 550 distinguished guests attended the dinner of the CityU Foundation earlier, at which HK$16.8 million, a new record, was raised to support the strategic research development of the University.
