CityU School of Law signs agreements with Durham University Law School
To expand partnerships with prestigious law schools, the CityU School of Law signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Exchange Agreement with Durham University Law School on 22 August 2023. The establishment of new agreements offers extensive collaborative teaching and learning opportunities for staff and students.
Prof Lin Feng, Dean of School of Law of CityU and Prof Alexander Loke, Associate Dean of School of Law of CityU, warmly welcomed Professor Bruce Wardhaugh, Deputy Dean for Internationalisation of Durham Law.
Prof Lin Feng addressed that “CityU Law School is dedicated to global legal education. The creation of agreements marks an important step towards advancing the goal.” The exchange agreement allows an exchange of two students from each school each semester. The MOU strengthens the collaborative relationship between two law schools in legal education and research.
In addition to the signing ceremony, there was a discussion towards dual degree collaboration that will allow our LLB or JD students to study LLM Programme at Durham University Law School. The CityU Law School is looking forward to forging a new collaboration programme with Durham University Law School.

林峰教授表示：“城大法學院致力於全球法律教育， 簽訂協議標誌著向這目標邁出了重要的一步。” 學生交換計劃協議允許每學期每所學校交換兩名學生，而諒解備忘錄則加強了兩所法學院在法律教育和研究方面的合作關係。
除簽署儀式，雙方還就雙學位合作進行了討論，該合作將讓我院的法學學士或法學博士學生能夠在杜倫大學法學院修讀法學碩士課程，城大法學院期待與杜倫大學法學院建立新的合作項目。
