The fifth seminar of the CityUHK Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LLMArbDR) Seminar Series 2024 was held at the HK Tech 300 Co-working space in Admiralty on 11 July 2024. Ms Janice Chew, Principal of JC Legal, was invited to be the speaker who delivered the talk on “What Attributes Do Solicitors Look for When Choosing a Neutral to Assist in Resolving a Client’s Dispute?”. Our law students and alumni, members of the Hong Kong Mediation Council and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers attended the talk.
