Outreach Activities
CityU is closely engaged with local community on a series of services and activities to promote knowledge exchange, deliver enhanced learning experience and strengthen community ties.
Below are a few examples of our outreach activities:

Outreach to Local Community
We are committed to working with local orgnisations to launch diverse programmes in the community, aiming to support youth development and promote social inclusion. By communicating the University’s innovations to address community needs, we are making a positive impact beyond the campus.

Exhibitions to the Public
We reach out to the community by sharing knowledge on energy and the environment, and by promoting the arts. CLP Power Low Carbon Energy Education Centre and Indra and Harry Banga Gallery are open to the public, offering visitors an inspiring experience on environmental challenges and cross-disciplinary exhibitions on different topics.

Expert Talks for Local Students
We offer a number of expert talks for secondary school students, striving to nurture students’ talent and enrich their knowledge in different disciplines. Faculty members from our nine colleges and schools will share their professional knowledge and insights on a variety of topics from FinTech, Artificial Intelligence to Climate Change.
