CityUHK welcomed educators of Holy Trinity College to campus for their Teachers’ Development Day on 5 December 2024. The visit provided valuable insights into the intersection of scientific research, education, and culture, demonstrating CityUHK’s commitment to fostering interdisciplinary learning.

In celebration of CityUHK’s 30th Anniversary and the longstanding connection CityUHK has built with the Sham Shui Po community, CityUHK proudly hosted the "CityUHK@Sham Shui Po" exhibition at the Yeung Kin Man Academic Building on campus from 20 to 26 November 2024.

On 20 November, CityUHK held the opening ceremony for the “CityUHK@Sham Shui Po” Exhibition. Through a rich tapestry of themes—education, community, technology, arts and culture—the exhibition highlights the unique bonds that CityUHK shares with the Sham Shui Po District in which the University is located.

CityUHK held Principals’ Luncheon 2024 under the theme “Nurturing Global Talent and Future Leaders” on 30 September, which also marked the officially launch of nine new Flagship Programmes. About 100 guests attended the Luncheon, engaging in meaningful conversations and hearing about the latest developments at CityUHK.

On 29 August, educators from Shatin Pui Ying College participated in a dynamic Teachers’ Development Day at CityUHK, focusing on enhancing teaching quality and fostering innovative learning experiences.

Scholarship recipients who took part in the Global Conference Leadership Camp and the SCMUN Conference 2024 held on CityUHK campus between 5 and 11 August received awards and prizes in recognition of their outstanding performance.
