
In 2022, the College of Science (CSCI) launched three College Awards, namely Teaching Excellence Award, Outstanding Knowledge Transfer Award and Outstanding Young Researcher Award, to recognise the excellent performance of CSCI faculty members in teaching, research and knowledge transfer. This year, CSCI is pleased to launch a brand-new Distinguished Alumni Award, which aims to recognise and honour CSCI alumni who have demonstrated outstanding achievements and/or made distinct and impactful contributions to CSCI, CityUHK or the Society.
The College is now inviting nominations for the four 2023/24 College Awards until 23 Feb 2024 (Friday). Click the below links for details about the awards and the nomination procedures:

- Teaching Excellence Award (CSCI-TEA)
- Outstanding Knowledge Transfer Award (CSCI-KTA)
- Outstanding Young Researcher Award (CSCI-YRA)
Heads of Departments are invited to make nomination for the Distinguished Alumni Award. Faculty, alumni and students can propose distinguished alumni for their Head to considerate. For the other three awards, self-nomination and nomination by the Head of Department or peers are all welcome. Students and alumni are encouraged to propose good teachers to their Heads and support the nominations from faculty members for the Teaching Excellence Award.
